One of my best friend's son is off to DC on a scouting trip. I so hope he enjoys it as much as we did. It put me in a reflective mood this morning about our vacation in April. Here's probably one of my favorite spots we discovered during those awesome 9 days; Signers Island on the National Mall. The views were spectacular as was the tranquilty of this quiet spot a midst all the Spring Break activity that Easter Sunday.
