This sign makes you aware that you are in Between city limits. Yep, that's the name of the town, and it is between Loganville and Athens, Georgia, in Walton County. I looked up a few facts about Between; census in 2000 population was 148, it was incorporated August 17th, 1908. Also known for tornado activity with 85% more likely to be hit by a tornado than any other area in the USA. Now that may account for the small population! Oh and btw we were traveling "between" 60 and 70 mph which explains why the photographer got this blurrrrred shot.
