I came home and it looks like my mom is trying out for the Iron Chef. Tonight with her Yoshi knives she's experimenting with a new stir-fry recipe: Hot and Spicy Pork. Looks good! I'm very lucky and grateful to have her here to cook on a daily basis. She is a excellent cook. My sister and I like to cook too, she was our teacher.
